When do We Refund?

1. For Cancelled Orders:

If you need to cancel your order, we ask that you meet the cancellation time requirement. If notice is not given within 48 hours of the order being placed, then 50% of the order will be charged as a cancellation fee. After 72 hours of notice being given, we cannot provide a refund for canceled orders.

2. For Link Removal:

If any guest post links purchased through us are removed within 1 year of purchase, then we will issue a full refund for those links.

3. For Delivery Deadlines:

We guarantee delivery within 30 days after your purchase. If the delivery deadline is exceeded beyond 30 days, then you are eligible for a full refund as well.

How Many Days Do We Take to Refund?

We typically process refunds within 5-10 business days from when the order was initiated. In most cases, refunds are processed immediately once they’ve been approved. However, if the processing time frame for your order is more than 30 days, then the refund date may vary accordingly.

Before a refund can be issued, our team must first review the order and all required documents before issuing it. This process includes verifying that all information related to the order and refund is accurate and valid.

Once this has been verified and approved by our team, we will refund your money using the same payment method you used to make the original purchase.
